Family Nutrition terms of use

These terms apply to the Family Nutrition app, published by Willsomic LLC ("we"). By using the app, you agree to them. If you got the app from Google Play, Google Play's terms also apply, including its refund policy.

1. Information, not medical advice

Family Nutrition is for information only. It is not medical advice, and it does not diagnose, treat or prevent any disease or condition. The nutrient amounts in the app are estimates: foods vary, and the daily amounts may not suit you or your family. Check with a doctor or other qualified health professional before changing your diet, especially if you are pregnant or nursing, have a health condition, take medication, or are planning a child's diet. Don't ignore or delay professional advice because of something in the app.

2. Your license

We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app on devices you own or control, as allowed by the store you got it from. You may not resell the app, or copy, modify or reverse engineer it except where the law allows.

3. Your data

Your data is yours. You choose where the app keeps it and are responsible for backing it up, and for who you share exports with. We can't recover data that is lost or deleted, because we never have a copy.

4. Files you import

You may import food lists and other files, including ones made by other people. We don't check or vouch for files we didn't make, so import only files you trust and review the foods they add.

5. No warranty

The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We don't promise that the app or its information will be error-free or that the app will always work.

6. Limit of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Willsomic LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, health, profits or goodwill, arising from your use of the app. Our total liability for any claim about the app is limited to the amount you paid for it. Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not all apply to you; in that case they apply as far as the law allows.

7. Changes

We may update the app and these terms. If we change the terms, we will update this page and its effective date. Using the app after a change means you accept the new terms.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, USA, except where the law of your place of residence requires otherwise.
